SCR 4014 Comment Submission Technical Difficulties

Hello again!

Several of you have said you were having issues submitting your testimony to the ND House for SCR 4014.

There is an issue and they are aware of it.

We got this info from one of our followers:

They have instituted another layer to the process, whereby they send a numeric code to your email address that you input to the form before you can submit it. Something has gone wrong with it and it is giving people less than 10 seconds to do it. I tried it 7 times and then called them.

They got on it immediately and had a tech call me. He said they are trying to fix it as they’ve already received many complaints. In the meantime, he read me a code verbally so that I could input immediately and it worked.

Please give them time to address the issue. We recommend retrying later tonight or tomorrow. You can submit your comments to them here: https://ndlegis.gov/assembly/68-2023/regular/bill-hearings/bh4014.html?bill_year=2023&bill_number=4014

You can also submit your comments to Chasing Horses Wild Horse Advocates: https://secure.everyaction.com/UjcKwEYRSkO-TDc6OfAXMQ2

We are collecting comments to be submitted as part of our testimony and also to send to Congressman Armstrong as we work to gain his support for the wild horses of Theodore Roosevelt National Park.  We will continue to collect comments until 5 pm MST TOMORROW (Thursday 3/9/2023).

We will keep you updated!

Chasing Horses Wild Horse Advocates is committed to advocating for a wild horse management plan and protection for these unique wild horses that call Theodore Roosevelt National Park home!  We are fighting for a management plan that is guided by science especially when it comes to decisions regarding the removal of horses and the administration of birth control.  Many other wild horse management plans have proven to be successful with their science-based plans.  We are asking for the same for this amazing group of wild horses that call Theodore Roosevelt National Park home.
