Hello and Happy Wednesday!
We wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who signed up to send a postcard to Congressman Armstrong! We have a follow up meeting with his office on June 1, 2023, and we are trying to get as many postcards as possible to his office before then! We have already sent a couple HUNDRED postcards!!! THANK YOU!
If people continue to sign up, we will continue to send postcards! You can sign up to have us send yours here: https://secure.everyaction.com/1UW4-jaDukaiSMO83dGHVA2
We also have another time sensitive ask for you…
Please send an email to your own members of congress and ask them to please support legislation that would protect/preserve the Theodore Roosevelt National Park wild horses.
A simple email or phone call saying just that simple sentence is all we are asking. We need to continue to bring awareness to our TRNP wild horses. We also know that timing is everything! Please send your emails to your own representatives NOW no matter where you live! We need EVERY member of congress we can get on our side to help save our TRNP wild horses!
You can find your members of congress here: https://www.congress.gov/members/find-your-member
DON’T FORGET! A great way to get the attention of your members of congress is to share the Wild Beauty: Mustang Spirit of the West trailer with the hashtag #istandwithwildhorses along with a hashtag for your senator and house members. You can share this link for the trailer: https://youtu.be/s8OuLAlkA08
Thank you for your support and have a GREAT day!
Chasing Horses Wild Horse Advocates is committed to advocating for a wild horse management plan and protection for these unique wild horses that call Theodore Roosevelt National Park home! We are fighting for a management plan that is guided by science especially when it comes to decisions regarding the removal of horses and the administration of birth control. Many other wild horse management plans have proven to be successful with their science-based plans. We are asking for the same for this amazing group of wild horses that call Theodore Roosevelt National Park home.
