Hello! We just wanted to send out a reminder to those of you who would like to help support the work being done by Chasing Horses Wild Horse Advocates to save the wild horses of Theodore Roosevelt National Park.
As you know, Theodore Roosevelt National Park is currently working on a NEW wild horse management plan for the wild horses that call the park home.
Their current plan is to eliminate the ENTIRE herd of horses from the park. Chasing Horses Wild Horse Advocates has been leading the fight to save this historic wild horse herd.
Over the last 9 months, we have worked hard to raise awareness and gain support for this herd! That awareness has led to the North Dakota State legislators UNANIMOUSLY passing SCR-4014, a resolution by the state of North Dakota asking Congress to help keep the wild horses IN Theodore Roosevelt National Park. We also travelled to Washington DC and lobbied congress. This hard work has helped us get the support of Senator John Hoeven. Senator Hoeven is now advocating with us for the horses!
To help raise money to support our critical advocacy work, we will be holding an online silent auction beginning on September 24th and ending on September 30th. We are in need of items for our silent auction and are asking for your help. These items can be any item, gift card or service and do NOT have to be directly related to the wild horses of Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

Chasing Horses Wild Horse Advocates is committed to advocating for a wild horse management plan and protection for these unique wild horses that call Theodore Roosevelt National Park home! We are fighting for a management plan that is guided by science especially when it comes to decisions regarding the removal of horses and the administration of birth control. Many other wild horse management plans have proven to be successful with their science-based plans. We are asking for the same for this amazing group of wild horses that call Theodore Roosevelt National Park home.
