The wild horses of Theodore Roosevelt National Park need your help!
There are several different issues we are addressing as an organization. One of the biggest is that these amazing horses are NOT protected under the Wild Horse & Burro Act! Cape Lookout National Seashore also has wild horses and they were able to get them protected with the help of their federally elected officials in what has become Public Law 105-229.
We have an online petition we are leaving open that you can sign: https://www.thepetitionsite.com/891/845/971/protection-for-theodore-roosevelt-national-parks-wild-horses/?taf_id=68160114&cid=fb_na&fbclid=IwAR1YAbntonSVaKN14QWIQBUvlD2C79cjZXfxf901UzNfOvP6kOdwrwUAnbU#bbfb=287507425
