It has been a crazy so far! There are soooo many good things happening!
There has been A LOT of momentum on our latest Calls to Action. THANK YOU to all of you who have taken some time to complete them! They may seem simple but remember – every little thing matters! We never know where those small steps will lead! Thank you to our friends at In Defense of Animals! They will be helping to amplify our message in our Let’s Get Loud post!
I have had a few meetings this week!
A few were +with members of the press. There will be another ND news article coming out next week! We will share as soon as we have a link. We also talked to another member of the national press. They are working on visiting in the spring/summer – when the FEELS LIKE temperature is NOT -27!!!
This is great because it helps to spread out some of these stories and keep the horses in the news!
We have also been in contact with our ND State Legislators. It is never too early to start thinking about how the State of North Dakota can make a stronger statement about their support to keep the wild horses IN TRNP as they prepare for their 2025 session!
Our meeting with Senator Hoeven’s office went well yesterday! We shared some information with them that they were not aware of. They also said that they appreciate us keeping the pressure on and all of the media attention the horses are getting! Again – THANK YOU to all of you who have helped make all of this happen! There are a few things we will begin working on with his office! We will share updates when we can!
Next week I have some speaking engagements for our Giving Hearts Day collaborative. This will give me the opportunity to talk about the great work we are doing at CHWHA with members of the community and hopefully generate some GHD donations for the great charities in our community!
