Hello and Happy Wednesday!

We have a short update for you today.

Last night we attended the Medora City Council meeting.  We shared a copy of the resolution that was passed by the Billings County Commission yesterday morning with them.  The legal council for the Medora City Council will discuss this with the legal council for the Billings County Commission and then they will draft their own resolution to be voted on in September.

Why does any of this matter?

We have learned over the last couple of years that every little thing matters.  While alone these resolutions may not seem like much on their own, they help with the bigger picture as we continue to work for federal protection for the wild horses that call Theodore Roosevelt National Park home.

Bice Policy Group is currently working on drafting our state legislation.  Once that is completed, we will have a meeting with our state legislators to get their approval and/or make any changes that they want added.  It will then go through legal council and may be changed again.  The goal is to have this ready for the 2025 North Dakota legislative session in January.

We will share more on this as it continues to develop.

Thank you for your support and have a great day!

I want to commend CHWHA for the diligent work to save the wild horses. If not for you the would all be gone. I contribute when I can and will always be interested in the success and achievments made by your organization. It has been a major triumph and we need more organizations like you to fight the Department of Interior. Next we need Haaland and Stone to resign.
    Yours truly,
    Jannett Heckert, Utah
