Hello and Happy Sunday!

I have to first say THANK YOU to all of you!  You guys are really pretty incredible! So many of you have come through with research you have done, facts to share and contacts that can help us save this herd in less than 2 weeks! Please keep digging!  Please – keep DARING GREATLY!

Many of you have asked about Senator Hoeven.  The park’s press release came so late Friday that we have not had a chance to talk to his office.

BUT

We do remember that language was added to the Appropriations Bill and we remember that Senator Hoven said that meant that federal money could NOT be used to round up or remove the horses.  That is STILL in effect. 

The park has a planned bison round up in the NORTH UNIT.  They are piggybacking on that.  Under the guise of a bison round up, they are also planning on rounding up and removing horses in the SOUTH UNIT.  We believe this violates what Senator Hoeven stated in the Appropriations Bill – that is still active! We will let you know how his office responds to this when we talk to them (hopefully) tomorrow. 

There are quite a few things brewing and we need your help with another Call to Action.  We need as many signatures as we can get in the next couple of days on our petition.
