Hello and Happy Thursday!

It has been a very interesting week, to say the least!

The National Park Service seems to have an issue with some state legislation being introduced during the 2025 North Dakota Legislative Session!

=> INSERT SHOCKED FACE HERE <=

The week is still moving along with meetings on a variety of different topics from legislation to Giving Hearts Day to GonaCon and our summit at the end of this month!

In the middle of things yesterday I received a call from our North Dakota House Majority Leader, Mike Lefor.  We discussed what we are working on with respect to the wild horses of TRNP and the legislation being introduced into this session.

Mike shared some feedback with me and ended our call by saying, “Keep doing what you’re doing!

Will do Mike!

WILL DO!

I have meetings with legislators tomorrow and again on Saturday.  I also had almost a 2 hour meeting with Holly yesterday talking about state and federal legislation.

We will have more to share this weekend, to recap the interesting and crazy events of this week, so be sure to check back.

For now, I am passing on our House Majority Leader’s words to all of you:

PLEASE

Keep doing what you are doing!

Your voice is being heard LOUD AND CLEAR by many, even if it may not seem like it in this moment!

Don’t forget to send your email asking the park to stop using the sterilant GonaCon on our wild horses!  You can use our one click form to send your email here: https://secure.everyaction.com/7exTfk62vU6c0On_NDNIfA2

You can do this call to action EVERY DAY if you like.

Thank you for being such an amazing group of advocates!  We appreciate each and every one of you!
