Hello and Happy Saturday!
As you know, more wild horses lost their freedom this week on the western range.
Instead of focusing on the sadness of those events, I thought we would continue our positivity from our Friday Gratitude post yesterday. There are GREAT things happening in the wild horse community and those are not highlighted enough!
First – did you see our friend Scott Beckstead take on Nevada Senator Ira Hansen?! If you didn’t – you really missed a GREAT debate! A video of the debate will be shared as soon as it is available. This was a GREAT way to bring the misinformation regarding wild horses on the western range out into the public. Scott did an amazing job bringing science and FACTS to the table.
We always say, “Opinions are NOT FACTS” and when any of us are advocating for wild horses, we have to remember to be armed with FACTS. Scott led by example in spades!

Another GREAT thing to celebrate this week….
