We are finalizing all of the wonderful items we have for our online silent auction that starts September 24^th at 6 am MST!  We know there are more items coming and we will continue to get them added to our auction website.  If you have an item you would like to donate, we can STILL add them through this Saturday, September 23^rd! How it works:

• The online auction will open at 6 am MST on September 24^th. 
• The bidding for each item will start at 50% of the value of the item.
• Starting bids on items in this auction range from $5-1250!
• For all items listed with a value UNDER $200, new bids must increase in increments of $1
• For all items listed with a value OVER $200, new bids must increase in increments of $10
• When you place a bid on an item, the system will prompt you for credit card information.  NOTHING will be charged until the auction ends.  Your credit card information is being collected to make sure we have serious bidders only.
• Each items lists if shipping fees were also donated or if the winner will also have to pay additional shipping fees.  There are also some items that have an option for local pick-up option.  This is for the Dickinson, ND area.  Those are items that CHWHA has in hand, and only those items are also eligible for combined shipping rates.  If you win an item, you will be sent a separate invoice for shipping fees based on your location.
• BetterWorld is the platform we are using for this online auction.  If you win an item, when you checkout, they will also give you the opportunity to pay any service fees for the auction.  We appreciate you doing this if you are able to! This helps us maximize the donations we are receiving!
• “Popcorn” bidding is enabled – that means that the system will automatically extend the bidding time on an item by another 10 minutes if a new bid is placed within the final 10 minutes of bidding. Bidding on that item continues until there are no more bids placed within the final minutes.
• The online auction will end on September 30 at 8 pm MST.  Once all bidding has been completed, the credit cards of the winners will be charged and within 1 day, we will be sending an invoice if there are additional shipping charges owed.
