Hello and Happy Wednesday!
TODAY is the day! The 2nd committee hearing for S1377 is happening at 9:30 am Eastern time! You can watch the hearing live on the committee website: https://www.energy.senate.gov/hearings/2025/12/business-meeting-to-consider-pending-legislation
We got a phone call from Senator Hoeven’s office last night. They confirmed that the committee has received our amendment requests. They said they made sure they had them!
Now we watch and wait!
I do want each and every one of you to take a moment to realize not only how far we have come, but note that this is the first piece of wild horse legislation that has made it this far in Congress in over 25 years!!!
How awesome is it to be a part of this?!
Doesn’t it seem like it was just yesterday that we were in 2023 working with our North Dakota State Legislators on SCR 4014?
And then SCR 4006 earlier this year?!
Each one of those small steps has made this HUGE step possible!
