Just a reminder that TOMORROW – Friday (1/9/2026) our 2nd Annual Wild Horse & Burro Virtual Summit continues! Most presentations take place on Saturday & Sunday, but we do have a few on Fridays and Mondays!

As a reminder, the ENTIRE virtual summit is FREE!!! Our goal is simple – to broaden the knowledge of advocates and also give you ways you can help our wild horses and burros!
We also added a few NEW speakers and presentations to the list this week so be sure to check and make sure you don’t miss them! We still have at least 5-6 more presentations to add INCLUDING rescheduling Jon Eagle Sr., who had to cancel last weekend – we are just finalizing dates and times! This will include presentations from Theodore Roosevelt National Park! We are excited that they will be part of our summit this year and look forward to collaborating with them on this and a number of other things in 2026!

We had some great meetings with our partners this week. We discussed the best path forward in our advocacy work to get S13677 The Theodore Roosevelt National Park Wild Horse Protection Act amended to make sure these amazing wild horses get THE BEST federal protection possible! We will have updates to share soon!
