Hello and Happy Thanksgiving!
We wanted to take a moment to let you know how thankful we are to each and every one of you for your continued support for the proper management of the wild horses that call Theodore Roosevelt National Park home. We have put in A TON of hard work over the years and as gratifying as it is to see all that hard work pay off, please don’t lose sight of the fact that we still have just as much, if not more, work left to do!
In the coming weeks, we will be sharing our North Dakota state legislation with you as well as some other things we are working on to help strengthen our advocacy for these historic wild horses and also to continue to educate our followers! Be sure to check back regularly for details!

These two things matter greatly as we are winding down this year and starting to work on our annual reports. The money we are raising for Giving Tuesday and also Giving Hearts Day (February 13, 2025) will go to help support our work to get state and federal protection for this herd. The costs for the legislative work we are doing is expected to cost CHWHA $20,000!
