As you know, this Wednesday September 16th the Subcommittee on Federal Lands will hold a hearing on S1377 The Theodore Roosevelt National Park Wild Horse Protection Act. We posted several blogs on Friday on this topic as well as several Calls to Action for you to help us speak up for these horses.
Chasing Horses Wild Horse Advocates DOES NOT support this legislation as it is written. We are not alone! National organizations like American Wild Horse Conservation and others also DO NOT support this legislation as it is written. We have requested amendments to the legislation to strengthen the protections of these amazing horses.
